Never again would not recommend my man was stolen the lock was messed up ignition switch they were at the tow yard they asked could they put in a new ignition switch it took them 5 minutes had they hand out for their moneymonth later I have a problem with the switch they said it was a box underneath the switch the guy took 5 hours to come out to help me stranded on the street he sent some clown to my house the next day install the box and then he wanted $190 never not one time did he said this was going to cost you extra he did say we should have offered it to you when we installed the ignition switch I told the guy I didn't have $190 on me he should have told me that before he came he told the kid in Spanish go back in the van and take the part out that wasn't happening I borrowed some extra money and paid him $140 just a scandalousthis way of doing business

Very rude customer service the gentleman “helping” me out was assuring me that my car key was not a car key and that it was a weird key that he has never seen that key before in his life 🤦🏻‍♀️ when I finally told him it was for a porch he decided he wanted to help me out and then I said it’s OK never mind thanks for not helping..... really really rude attitude 👎🏻 And not help for what’s so everrrre

They charged me $335 just to perform a vehicle lockout procedure, which took the guy less than 10 minutes to do. I wouldn’t have paid for it if it wasn’t an emergency situation. I got scammed.
